Operations Experience

Tina is an experienced operations leader, with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. She has managed supply chain and operations globally for the largest wholesale distribution company of Wine and Spirits, Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits, where she was apart of an elite management team responsible for the cities allocations of the most rare and fine wines. She oversaw the top accounts in the city of Houston, dealing with the top Sommeliers, including many Master Sommeliers, and most respected buyers to help them curate and procure the best wines for their programs.
She oversaw operations for a team of 30, with duties for hosting events for suppliers, maintaining margins for the onpremise business and building, maintain and strengthen relationship with local clients, their importers and winery owners . She is also a licensed sommelier, amongst several other advanced Wine Knowledge Certifications, with an extensive network of contacts in the beverage supply and restaurant industries
